Criminal Defense
Maine Justice Collective provides representation to criminal defendants.
Public Defense: We accept court appointed cases. If you qualify for a court appointed attorney and you have not been assigned counsel yet, we might be able to take your case.
Private Defense: We also accept private paying clients. If you do not qualify for a court appointed attorney and you would like to retain us, we might be able to take your case.
Family Law
Maine Justice Collective provides zealous advocacy in all types of family law matters. We offer payment plans, and work to keep your overall costs low. Contact us for a consultation if you feel your voice isn't being heard. We have represented clients in divorce, parental rights and responsibilities, termination of parental rights, adoptions, guardianships, DHHS protective custody matters, and protection from abuse cases, in all stages from the initial filing to appeals.

About Maine Justice Collective
Maine Justice Collective believes that our justice system is fundamentally broken, that all people have inherent value to society, and that mass incarceration does not solve anything. We believe that our work as attorneys is to walk with our clients who find themselves caught in this system, inform them of their rights and options, and advocate for meaningful solutions that respect the human dignity of our clients while also actively working to dismantle systems of oppression.
In representing family law clients, we do our best to provide empathetic yet assertive representation to be sure that our client's voice is heard in the process, whether the case settles at mediation or has a full contested hearing.

Christa Vo
Partner
Christa represents clients in a wide variety of cases, and is passionate about holding the government accountable and protecting her client's constitutional rights. Christa is currently taking on new clients in the areas of family law and criminal defense, from York to Aroostook counties and everywhere in between.
Erika Connolly
Partner
Erika goes to bat for her clients with the ferocity of a thousand catamounts. When Erika isn't in the courtroom you can find her listening to Dungeons and Dragons podcasts, watching Drag Race, or knitting a sweater (that will never be worn) for her frenchie, Rosie Rigatoni.
